"The living area in the property is an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher, a dining area, and a sitting area with a TV and electric fire. There is also a communal, on-site laundry room containing a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is a shared garden with patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2, a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot is available on request, however guests must bring their own bedding. The Shieling is an ideal base for a family or group of six's holiday in the Cairngorms National Park. Note: The coin-operated washing machine is operated with new pound coins and a wash costs -ú4. Note: Guests must provide their own bedding for the travel cot. Note: Property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Note: A small fuel starter pack is provided. Note: The central heating is operated in the morning and early evening; this can be adjusted to your needs on request."
