"This cottage has an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area for four guests, and a sitting area with a TV, DVD, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and eco-friendly woodburning stove. Amenities include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and blender. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture, and off-road parking. Within 5.6 miles, there is a shop, and within 4.9, a pub. Two well-behaved pets are welcome; however, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available. Douglas Fir is an ideal base for an exciting family-friendly holiday in the Cairngorms National Park. This property is only able to accept bookings for a minimum of 7 night in peak season and 3 nights in off peak season."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
