Nissi 3 is a brand new complex just 200m from the beautiful Nissi Beach, Ayia Napa. The complex has a large communal pool and small shallow children's pool. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has a large balcony where you can enjoy the warm Cypriot climate. There are 6 sun beds together with a table and chairs so you can enjoy the wonderful sunshine. There are 2 bedrooms. One has a double bed whilst the other has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with wc, sink and shower over the bath. There is also a separate wc. Everything is provided for your stay...towels and bed linen. You just need beach towels. Ayia Napa Ayia Napa is a cosmopolitan town located on the east coast of Cyprus. There is something for everyone at this all year round resort. The apartment is within a few minutes walk to Nissi Avenue where you will find a vast aray of bars & restaurants. The sqaure is a 20 min walk.
