"The living areas in the property consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dining seating for four guests and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms include a super-king-size and a king-size, which are both zip/links and can be twins on request, serviced with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and a front lawn, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, within 1.5 miles a pub and within 0.6 miles, a lake and please note that one well-behaved pet is allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. 1 Golf Links Cottage is a charming base for a family holiday in Cheshire. Note: There is bike storage available in the garage."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
