Details of the Cottage
"Herdwick has a studio-style living space with a double bed, kitchenette with; 2-ring induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a dining area. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Gas water heating, air conditioning, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels included. Off-road parking available, and a wraparound garden with lawn, decking, BBQ area, woodburning stove, furniture, and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. There are steps up to property, please take care. Adults only property. Please refrain from playing amplified music to respect other guests on-site. No stag/hen parties or similar. The garden is not enclosed but the perimeter of the site is fenced with a large gated entrance. Note: When booking this property, guests will automatically become a free member of Wanderlust Camping Club. You will be added to their mailing list and will occasionally receive updates. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
