This traditional stone-built one-story villa has four double ensuite bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to nine guests, making it ideal for a large family or friend's get-together vacation. Surrounded by a lovely garden with a well-manicured lush green lawn, and a smattering of mature fruiting lemon and pomegranate trees, the villa offers relaxation, seclusion, and privacy. Private on-road parking, and complimentary Wi-Fi and air-conditioning is included throughout. The villa has been stylishly decorated with a sophisticated neutral palette of subdued contrasting colours against a stark white background, tastefully accessorised with unusual lighting and decorative artefacts. The living area has two comfy sofas, a large soft beige three-seater, and a cool white two-seater, arranged around wooden coffee and side tables, facing a high-definition flat screen television with built-in Digi Turk channels. For those of you who are of a more literary nature there is also a selection of good books and holiday reading materials. An enclosed fireplace will keep you cosy in the cooler months and evenings. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you will need for a happy holiday, including should you so desire, chopsticks, a bread maker, and that obligatory morning coffee Nespresso machine. All of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, no stairs is a great asset for those with mobility issues. The master bedroom is decorated in classic Mediterranean blues and white, has a large free-standing double bed, shelving units, and an open plan wardrobe to accommodate all of your holiday attire. The adjacent black and white ensuite bathroom is home to two stone basins, a contemporary tiled walk-in shower and WC. French doors open from the master bedroom onto the pool terrace, just right for a few lengths before breakfast. Two further spacious black, grey, and white bedrooms have double beds, side tables and wardrobes with ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The fourth bedroom is a simple wood and white double room, with two twin beds, side tables and a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, should you wish to do a wash during your stay. The terrace and gardens are home to a large rectangular ladder entry swimming pool, surrounded by four relaxing sun loungers and four laid back deck chairs. A pergola runs the length of the house, to give shade to a comfortable soft seating area, the perfect place for a relaxed morning coffee, reading the latest best seller, or sipping a sundowner whilst watching the sun set. Also housed in the shade of the pergola is an outside dining area, with a natural wood table and chairs to seat up to eight guests, and a Weber barbeque, ideal for some alfresco entertaining under the twinkling stars.
