The basement has a gym in addition, and a game room (including a billiard table) that’s excellent for guests with children. On the ground floor, there’s a bright spacious living room with a tv and access to an outdoor terrace. The dining room and a fully equipped kitchen are attached to the living room, so cooking enthusiasts can experiment with some local groceries from the nearby supermarket.
