Details of the Villa

The exterior area of this house is spectacular. The furnished porch is perfect to spend a good time relaxing all together at the chill out area, having a drink or a glass of wine after a delicious lunch or dinner prepared at the barbecue. All these come with a great chlorine pool which sizes 7x4 metres and with a 1.60 metres depth and a large lawn area where you can place the sun lounger and sunbathe or play with the little ones. The 3 storey house has a very modern style. On the ground floor you will find a spacious room with air-conditioning which accommodates the living room - with a cosy sofa, TV set, DVD player, and some interesting books -; the dining area with a large table; and the kitchen, which seems to come out of a magazine! It is equipped with an induction top and new appliances. There is an independent laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house comes with 4 bedrooms with a closet each and 3 shower bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find two shower bathrooms and an air-conditioned bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. Both have a double bed, but there is one with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom as well as exit to a balcony. The last bedroom is on the second and last floor and it comes with a double bed. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. There is an extra fan in case you need it, and the house is equipped with central heating for the cold season. The beach is only 3 minutes away on foot and it invites to enjoy not only the water and fine sand but also to practice different water activities for those who feel like it. The horse riding centre in Oliva Nova is only 5 minutes away where you can take private lessons or visit the national championship. A gol course is just 4.5 km away. We recommend you to visit the Natural Park of Montgó and “la Marjal d'Oliva” before leaving, where the "salted fountain" can be found with all its skin beneficial properties. All services like restaurants, bars and so on can be found in the town centre. Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. There is exterior parking for 2 cars and a garage for one more. Pets are welcome!. The holding of events is forbidden.
