Details of the Apartment

The exteriors of the house are fantastic. The property has 2 terraces, one on the main floor and on the 1st floor. Both terraces are furnished to organize pleasant dinner parties during the summer evenings surrounded by your loved ones. Privacy is partial. The outside area of the community includes 2 swimming pools, 1 with chlorine measuring 25x10m with a depth of 1.8m (with an integrated pool for children) and the second pool which is indoors and heated. The communal area also features a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and a fenced in area for the safety of children. Around the outdoor pool there is artificial turf, so you can lie down and sunbathe. You can feel the tranquility of this place in every corner. Sit back and relax in the beautiful living room. It is spacious and bright and there, you can enjoy reading a good book, watch TV, or just relax. This room has air conditioning. The dining room, which is in the same area, has a large table to enjoy meals with friends and family. The kitchen has everything needed to cook your best dishes without a problem, including electric stove. The same way, the property also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In this property every detail is taken care of and you will feel as if you were in your own home. It has two floors. There are 4 bedrooms, two with double bed, one with 2 twin beds and one with a trundle bed. The house also has 3 bathrooms, two with shower (one in suite) and a third one with bathtub. All rooms have air conditioning, wardrobes and, if needed, there is also a crib. For the winter season heating for bathrooms will be provided. If you wish, you can use the alarm (the code will be provided when the keys are handed over to you); if you rather not to use it, it can be turned off without any problems. The area Oliva Nova is a Golf complex the Oliva area. Within the complex you will find several shops and service, but if you prefer it, there is a short drive to Gandia, where you will find a variety of shops, services, leisure and gastronomy. You can also find deals on water sports if that is what you are looking for. The Oliva area is known for the different sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing schools, among others. Note: We cannot accept guests under 24 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not allowed in the property. Events cannot be held in the property.
