Located only 250 metres from the sea, this house invites to disconnect from daily life. For instance, you can swim in the chlorine pool which sizes 4 x 2 metres and with a 1.10 to 1.30 metres depth; or enjoy wonderful evenings at the terrace preparing barbecues by a bottle of wine. There are two sun loungers to sunbathe or to simply read a magazine while taking a refreshing drink. Cosy and modern, the interior of the house presents a functional room where living room, dining room and kitchen are all together. You can rest on the sofa watching some film or TV series on TV. The kitchen is perfect to cook delicious dishes on the ceramic hob, and put then on the table for 5 people. The bathroom comes with shower and bidet and it has a relaxing style. There are two bedrooms for our guests to rest, both with a closet. One has a double deb and the other is fitted out with a bunk bed. Our 5th guest can sleep on the sofa bed of the living room. The conduit for heat pump air conditioning allows the accommodation during the whole year. Oliva Nova, located in a privileged spot of the Mediterranean, is a preferred destiny thank to its numerous and extraordinary beaches of fine golden sand and shallow waters along 8.5 km. They are perfect for water sports like surf. They are known throughout Europe for its exceptional nature, beauty and quality. Horse riding and golf lovers will find their place since the next course is only 3 km away in Oliva Nova Golf. Pets are not welcome. The holding of events is forbidden.
