During the hottest season, being able to enjoy the closeness of the beach or take a refreshing swim in the shared pool of this cosy residential becomes a true wonder. The best plan consist of starting the day with a succulent breakfast at the private terrace with views to the mountains, before preparing some sandwiches and soft drinks and head to the beach. When you come back, you can wash off at the outdoors shower and take a dip before going to the apartment. The pool is no less than 30 x 15 metres large and water depth goes from 0.5 to 1.9 metres. In addition, there is an attached children pool of 7 metres and 0.5 metres depth. Located on the first floor of the building with elevator, this apartment emanates coolness and newness. When you enter you find a great living-dining room, perfect to sit and watch TV or enjoy your meals all together. The kitchen is open to this space through a window bar, and it is the place where you will feel as authentic chefs at home. You can cook your best recipes on the ceramic hob or delicious oven-cooked dishes. After a long day full of activities, find your rest at the bedroom that offers a double bed, a closet, space for a cot, direct exit to the terrace and en-suite bathtub bathroom. We can prepare the sofa bed at the living room for 1 or 2 more guests. A baby high chair also is available. The whole accommodation features ducted air-conditioning and heat pump. Just some minutes away from the beach and 2.2 km from the golf course of Oliva Nova, this apartment is perfect for those who love an active life style without giving up the peace and the family atmosphere of this area. It offers all needed services for a good stay like supermarket, bars and restaurants. In fact, you cannot leave without tasting the good Mediterranean cuisine: a delicious fideuà or paella. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. The pool is available from May to October. Opening hours: from 9 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm. There isa doorman at the building the whole year. There is exterior parking for 1 cars. Pets are not allowed.
