Details of the Villa

This is a private villa, with its own gated entrance. Steps lead down into the front garden area, with access to the private pool. Upon entering the property, you come into a spacious reception area with access to the fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven and electric hob. The open plan lounge is also situated on the ground floor with fire and a 32 inch flat screen TV, complete with DVD player. The patio doors in the living room and kitchen lead onto a spacious private wrap around terrace, which also allows access to the private pool, pool area and gardens. The gardens are well appointed, and we welcome you to make use of the brick built barbeque and dine al-fresco. Marble stairs take you to the first floor where you find the master bedroom complete with a private balcony and en-suite bathroom. The upper floor also has a twin bedroom, again complete with a private balcony, and a family bathroom. There are a further 2 bedrooms on the lower ground floor a twin room and a double room, there is a family bathroom on the lower ground floor which comes with a bath (a rarity in Turkey!). We also have a chill out room with 2 sofa beds. The washing machine, linen and utility equipment is also located in this room. The villa is air conditioned. Transfers are £80 return up to 4 people an additional passengers charged at £20 return per person. Transfers payable in resort.
