Our villa, which has extraordinary stonework and a different architectural aesthetic is furnished with high quality materials besides its exceptional location among pine trees. It is a detached villa with its private pool and garden, its unique location among pine trees, with its architectural aesthetics is in Fethiye Ölüdeniz Ovacik. Features of the house; - Duplex detached villa, - Own private pool and garden, - 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, - 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) + 1 WC, - Spacious patio and relaxation areas. Settlement plan Garden floor: - Living room - Large terrace opening to the pool and garden, - Kitchen and WC Upstairs: The main bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite fully tiled shower room, built-in wardrobe with ample clothes storage, bedside cabinets and a large chest of drawers. French windows lead to a balcony with views over the forests and mountains. There is air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobe and storage. There is air-conditioning as well. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, ample clothes storage and access to a small balcony. There is air-conditioning. In addition to the bedrooms, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed and a total of 6+2 people can be accommodated. Pool and garden The villa has a private pool which surrounded by a large and private sunbathing patio with additional flowerbed areas – sunbeds and umbrellas. The cleaning and maintenance services for the pool are provided every morning. There is also covered veranda area with built-in barbecue and wooden patio furniture. The Villa located at peacefully in pine forests and has lovely views on to the forest and to the mountains beyond. There is easy access to walks through the woods and with wildlife on your doorstep including tortoises, squirrels, eagles and numerous local birds. The beach area has numerous bars and restaurants overlooking the bay - an ideal setting to watch the sunset whilst enjoying an evening drink. A range of water sports is available and boat trips from the beach. This is also one of the world’s top locations for paragliding which can be enjoyed as a spectator or join in on a tandem jump from 2000m to land on the beach - an unforgettable experience - or just enjoy the view from the restaurant near the summit of Babadag mountain at 1,900 meters again with unforgettable views. The new cable car allows easy access. CALIS BEACH is a further 2 miles to the north of Fethiye and has nearly 4 miles of sandy beach again offering a full range of facilities and water sports Supermarket Easy reach of the bustling town of HISARONU which is within 10 minutes ‘dolmus’ or taxi ride and offers a full range of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets & clubs to meet all tastes. There is a local market every Monday with a large choice of locally grown produce, clothes, shoes, leather goods and souvenirs. City Transportation The town of FETHIYE, again some 10 minutes by ‘dolmus’ or taxi, offers a full range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. There is a large bazaar area, known as the Paspatur, and a large weekly market (on a Tuesday) offering a range of local produce as well as clothing, leather goods, etc. Fethiye also has a large marina with boat trips offered along the picturesque coastline. In case of any medical emergency there is 24-hour medical assistance in Hisaronu and modern private hospital facilities in Fethiye for peace of mind.
