The Westridge community offers a great mix of residents and short-term rental homes. Our neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained and safe, with well-lit streets. The homes are very nicely spaced in a landscape of rolling hills. House Description Description. New Mexico Lane is a beautiful 3 bed home that will comfortably sleep 6 people. The villa is fully air-conditioned/heated with additional ceiling fans for comfort. The house has traditional cathedral ceilings and an open, airy floor plan. Bed linen and towels are provided. We provide a free local telephone service, large washing machine, large dryer, iron and ironing board, and there is more than adequate storage for all your belongings (and newly purchased presents!!!). The key is located on-site in a lockbox for your convenience so your holiday can begin straight away and our Caretaker is available 24 hrs a day, if needed. Comfortably furnished, the lounge/living room has a 50” colour television with video recorder, DVD and cable. Double patio doors give access to the south facing heated swimming pool. The wonderful feature of the pool area is its perpetually sunny south facing aspect and its privacy with a surrounding of well-maintained lawns. The pool is completely screened thus preventing any insects entering whilst allowing through every ray of sun!! The kitchen is well laid out with all the usual mod cons. It comes complete with stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, automatic dishwasher, garbage disposal, fire extinguisher (!!!) and phone. Dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc are all provided. The kitchen also boasts a breakfast bar with stools and dining area. The kitchen/diner gives access to a large double garage. Within the garage are the washer and dryer, patio equipment and the gas barbeque for your use after a long day with Mickey Mouse!! The master bedroom is en suite with a large walk-in shower, separate bath, toilet and vanity and gives further access to the pool area. No need to go through the house, wet from the pool to get to a bathroom! The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and matching bedside furniture. There is an additional 32 inch TV and a High Speed (Broadband) Wireless Internet connection should you wish to bring with you an internet ready laptop computer, the keycode/password is on the sticker on the router. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are equally well furnished with bedroom 2 having a large double bed, a TV and bedroom 3 having two single beds. These two bedrooms have immediate access to the family bathroom. Should they be required for young children/babies a high chair and crib are available. No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. New mexico lane is fully licensed by state and county authorities. The villa is cleaned between bookings at no extra charge. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked is required at the time of booking….the balance amount is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date or immediately if less than 6 weeks. Optional pool heat….£75 per week Late availability is available at low season rates…..a bargain!!!
