Villa is situated on the outskirts of Dalyan surrounded by spectacular mountain views offering the best of both worlds to the holidaymaker. Peaceful relaxing days and easy access to the many bars and restaurants Dalyan has to offer by night time. Getting about is easy as the Dolmus runs every 15 minutes from the end of the road and takes five minutes to get to the centre of town. Taxis are also cheap and readily available. Alternatively the walk into town is easy as although surrounded by mountains, Dalyan itself is flat. There is a mini market 5-10 minutes walk away. Villa is furnished to a very high standard with 4 air conditioned bedrooms, 4 large doubles. There is a further wc with wash handbasin downstairs. All rooms are provided with bed linen and bathroom towels. There are additional towels available for pool and beach use. The lounge is open plan with a large sofa. The dining area has large patio doors overlooking the garden and pool providing a stunning panorama of the surrounding mountains. It is very easy to sit evening times and watch the sunset with a glass of something nice and cold ! The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, utensils, crockery and glassware. The large terrace surrounding the pool provides ample space for relaxing and soaking up the sun, whilst the spacious covered balcony areas provide cooling shade in the heat of the day and are ideal for outdoors dining.
