"Compton House is a three-storey property featuring an open-plan living space with a gas oven, gas hob, and fridge/freezer, a woodburning stove, dining seating for six people and gas central heating. There is also a second-floor sitting room with a Smart TV and a selection of books. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, plus a cloakroom. Please note that as the property is a mid-terraced with neighbours on both sides, quiet hours are from 11pm - 7am. We ask you respect this and we reserve the right to cancel mid-booking if this rule is not adhered too.Outside, there is roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis and public car parks available nearby and as well as an enclosed rear courtyard garden with a patio and furniture.
