Pennall Cottage consists of a kitchen and diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, a dishwasher, dining seating with seating for eight people, a sitting area with a Smart TV, DVD player and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a king-size and a double, along with a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with artificial lawn, hot tub, and furniture, an enclosed side garden with lawn and patio, and off-road parking for three cars.
