"Aggrafard has two double and one bunk room. ThereÔÇÖs a bathroom with hand held shower, basin and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and washing machine. ThereÔÇÖs a cloakroom with basin WC. ThereÔÇÖs a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. ThereÔÇÖs a living/dining room with a TV and woodburning stove. Oil central heating, WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. ThereÔÇÖs a highchair and travel cot available on request. Outside thereÔÇÖs off-road parking for 3 cars and a non-enclosed patio with bench and shared lawn. One well-behaved pet welcome but sorry, no smoking. Shop 5.2 miles, pub 5.5 miles. Bring your loved ones year after year to Aggrafard. Note: There are steps up to the property. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
