This lovely home also features a private garden, ideal for communal dining during good weather. This warm and welcoming home is equipped with a lot of contemporary furniture and appliances. The home has been recently renewed and refurbished. It’s located in a very central position in Oxford and close to a lot of attractions. The cosy living room has a lot of light and is the home’s central communal space. It comes with two large sofas, plenty of cushions and blankets, an armchair and a large mounted TV. It’s the perfect place to rewind after a day of exploring ancient Oxford, working, studying or even some retail therapy. The dining room table is located next to the living room area and next to the home’s kitchen. It’ll fit you and all your guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need and ready for you to use it. There is also an additional dining area in the kitchen. The large bedrooms come with extremely comfortable mattresses, two with king size beds, one with a double bed, and one with a bunk bed. The modern furniture and art blends in perfectly with the contemporary theme of the home. The two bathrooms are sizable, clean and neat and come with a big shower and a bathtub. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. You’ll feel right at home here. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Right in the heart of Oxford only moments away from the Oxford University Natural History Museum, yet it feels like your far away from the hustle and bustle. The University Press, many Colleges, cafes, restaurants and bars & pubs are in walking distance and the home is close to beautiful green spaces, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. The centre of Oxford is walking distance and you will be spoilt for choice where to look with Oxfords ancient heritage and beautiful academic buildings. You’re also never too far from Oxford’s great nightlife. Given the location of the home, most of Oxford's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a taxi or use Uber to get around. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. This home is beautifully designed, but is not childproofed. Guests who want to bring younger children should be aware that it may not be suitable for little ones. This home is very old, and while totally modernised inside, the stairs are a bit tight. Guests are asked not to open the living room windows. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
