"The living areas consist of a kitchen with a gas oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a living/dining room with TV and dining seating for six and a snug. The bedrooms consist of 1 x king, 1 x double and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden, fully enclosed, with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no smoking allowed. Within 2.6 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles, a pub. A wonderful escape awaits at Trelowen. Note: A sofa bed is available on request. Note:This property only accepts check in on a Monday or Friday. Please note: there is a 3 night minimum stay for this property. Note: 2 well behaved dogs welcome (must stay downstairs) at 35GBP per pet."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
