"GullÔÇÖs View consists of a kitchen with microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, radio, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, blender, and sandwich maker, a dining room with dining seating for two, and a sitting room with Smart TV, electric fire, and DVD player. The bedroom is a ground-floor twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower and heated towel rail and cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with gravelled area, decking, and furniture and roadside parking. One, well behaved pet allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop within 0.3 miles, a pub within 0.4 miles and then a beach in 0.5 miles. Enjoy a refreshing break with your loved ones at GullÔÇÖs View. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
