"Hilltop cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer, breakfast bar and a cloakroom, a living/dining area that has seating for six people with two sofas, a dining table, Smart TV with Freeview and gas heating. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link), a double, and a bunk bed. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and a WC, as well as a cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed, front, lawn and gravelled garden with furniture, plus designated parking for two cars. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.8, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Hilltop cottage is the place to stay for your seaside voyages in Devon.
