Cozy apartment located in the heart of Madrid in the neighborhood of La Latina, famous for its life and the joy that characterizes it. It has capacity for 4 people, with two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds in the form of a bunk. The bathroom is equipped with shower and the kitchen is American with ceramic hob. Nearby are places of interest such as the Plaza Mayor, or the Mercado de la Cebada if you are a lover of shopping in the traditional way. In Alterhome, we like to personally welcome our clients at the moment of their arrival. The check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out before 11:00. We have a strict non smoking policy for all properties and pets are permitted upon request and it will be 30 euros per service. We will be delighted to offer a range of additional services (paid and upon request) such as: Private transfers, early / late check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), Organise your groceries etc. It is very important for us that you have a pleasant stay. Therefore, we are always available in our office hours from 9:00. to 21:00, and out of hours 24 in case of emergency.
