When you walk through the door of this accommodation, nothing will leave you indifferent at all, mainly because of the care, taste and quality that have been deposited in its recent renovation. A renovation where we always thought of our future guests to make our apartment a space where our guests could enjoy not only our wonderful city but also to stay at home and, therefore, make them have an unforgettable experience. For this reason, the space has been arranged in a two-storey loft, with the common areas downstairs, except for one of the three bedrooms that is also on the ground floor, and two bedrooms upstairs. The three bedrooms, all of them with double beds, can be insulated with acoustic curtains. The house is completed with two fully equipped bathrooms, one on the lower floor and another, this one en-suite, in the upper area. It should be pointed out that in the original construction they took advantage of remains of the old wall of Madrid - now appreciable from the inside of the house - and used it as a wall of the current building itself, that used to be an old stately palace. Regarding the location, the apartment is located in the heart of La Latina, next to all the "traditional" points of great interest (tourist and leisure). However, it is located in one of the quietest streets in the neighborhood where the calm is absolute. Therefore, peace and relaxation guaranteed.
