It is ideal for families with capacity for 4 people (master bedroom with a double bed, also has a sofa bed in the living room). Fully equipped and stylish apartment, and very quiet. A/C, smart TV and Wi-FI included. Views to a little and quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen with wash machine and dish washer. One completely bathroom. No private transport is required as the spot is centrally located. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city atractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig d’es Born. “Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art. Rules: - It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized. -Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the apartment. -Please respect the shared areas of the building: stairs and hall, being silent and keeping them clean. -ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit. Booking conditions: -Please note that late check ins: Between 21:00 and 23:00 h is 30€ extra. From 23:00h to 1:00 am is 50€ extra. From 1 am onwards is 100€ extra.
