Hilltop Villa is an outstanding villa with 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathroom), large pool (10x5m), sun-terraces and lush gardens. Build in BBQ, free Wi-Fi, large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with flat screen IPTV, situated at very private location on the top of a hill, midway Ayia Napa and Protaras 8 minutes’ drive from Protaras center and 3.5km to Ayia Napa Blue Flag beaches. Hilltop Villa is offering tranquility and luxury to its guests. Well-equipped with a lot of space for entertainment, this villa truly makes the perfect holiday. The villa features an open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofas, and flat screen IPTV. On the ground floor there are a double bedroom with in suite shower room and a guest’s toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (one of them has 2 single beds and the other two have one double bed each) and 2 bathrooms (1 family bathroom with toilet and bath tub plus 1 en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower cabin). All bedrooms have wardrobes. There is a large veranda that offers unobstructed views of Ayia Napa and Cape Greco. Hilltop Villa can comfortably accommodates 8 adults in four specious bedrooms and also offers a baby cot free of charge. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests. The large open plan fully equipped kitchen has fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. The living room is furnished with modern sofas. Sliding doors will take you to patio, a great place to feel summer breeze. This four bedroom villa lies on a big plot with a large swimming pool (10x5m) with sun-loungers, tables, chairs, outside shower and parasol. There is also a build in BBQ. The whole house is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi internet, flat screen IPTV. 200 Euros security deposit is required payable cash on arrival before check in.
