Emerald Terrace Condominium is nested on a hillside in a quiet and safe area, just a short drive away from the beach, restaurants, shopping and the famous Bangla road. The apartment offers a king size bed, closet, kitchen for self-catering, as well as an en-suite bathroom. The balcony has chairs and overlooks Patong hills and the city. AC is there for your convenience. Flat-screen TV with cable channels. Wi Fi is shared and provided by the building so it is not stable and reliable enough. The kitchen with cutlery and dishware for 2 make it a perfect holiday home. Begin the day by taking your morning coffee out onto your private balcony for views of lush Thai greenery before heading down for a morning swim in the residents only infinity pool or getting your sweat on in the air-conditioned gym right next to it. There is a secure parking space and the Building’s staff can easily arrange motorbike or car rentals, as well as provide information or special services such as tickets and tours. Electric and water usage are included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave. Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. Cost is 600baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
