The ground floor is a self-contained studio for 2 people, with kitchen and bathroom. The upper floor comprises lounge with inside dining area and balcony (with sea views), kitchen, double bedroom, twin-bedded room, en-suite shower room and a further family bathroom. Outside there are a large sea-facing balcony, BBQ patio and private swimming pool area with sunbeds and parasols. Living Room The living room has: dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Garden sea views. Kitchen The kitchen features: toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
