"The living areas of this property consist of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and a living/dining room with TV, electric fire and dining seating for three. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is a front patio with furniture, a further garden across the road and roadside parking. Within 1.4 miles, you will find a beach, and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome, however smoking is not allowed. Highchair and travel cot available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Enjoy a seaside escape with a stay at Daisys Cottage. Note: There are steps to the exterior. Note: Garden is across the road, please bear this in mind when booking."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
