"Chapel Hill House consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine kettle and fridge/ freezer and a living/dining room with TV, and dining table. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and twin, serviced by a ground-floor shower room and bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn and parking for two cars. Shop 3.5 miles, pub 2.9 miles. Two well-behaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Enjoy a refreshing break with your loved ones at Chapel Hill House. Note: No children under the age of 8. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond. Note: Pond in garden, please take care. Note: Guests have access to a 2 and a half acre field, access is via the orchard and past the pond (the orchard is fenced and dogs can let off the lead to run)."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
