"Apartment 20 is a lovely accommodation located in the village of Gulval in Cornwall. Two lower floor bedrooms, 1 x double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x child bunk. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. To the outside is off road parking. On-site facilities are provided by Kenegie Manor, weekly leisure passes can be purchased on arrival, this includes access to a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and hot tub.. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. On-site shop, and on-site bar offering evening meals, with pool table and dart board. Note: Maximum 3 adults, 1 child and 1 infant; this property cannot accept more than 3 adults. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
