"The living areas in this three-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller, woodburning stove, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size, a twin (zip/link) and a second-floor bunk room, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is parking in a nearby car park. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop, pub and the harbour in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 1.5 miles. Mermaid Cottage makes a wonderful base for a Cornish escape. Note: Communal access to the rear of the home.
