"Surf Song is an apartment, part of Kenegie Manor, close to the popular Cornish resort of Penzance. Find two bedrooms inside; a king-size and a twin with an en-suite, as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep up to four people. The interior also includes a kitchen, a dining room with a sofa and a sitting room. To the outside, there is ample off-road parking and shared gardens with furniture. On-site facilities also include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and a putting green. Note: The use of the onsite shared swimming pool is seasonal, it is open 10am - 6pm and it shuts on the last Friday of October until mid January (please contact us for advice on confirmed date), the pass can be collected from reception on site. Surf Song is a welcoming apartment, ideal for a family looking to retreat among Cornwall's wonders."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
