"The living areas in this single-storey shepherdÔÇÖs hut consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and two-ring hob and a fridge with ice box, a dining area with seating for two guests and sitting area with woodburning stove. There is one double bedroom with a TV, along with a shower room. Outside there is a private front gravelled area with lawn, furniture and a fire pit, and off-road parking is available. Within 0.9 miles you will find a shop. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Little Pip is a wonderful base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Note: This is an adult-only property. Note: There are three steps up to the property."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
