"The Cubby Hole, a ground-floor apartment, consists of a open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with seating for four people, an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV, central heating and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of one king-size (zip/link) and a super-king-size, serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is a private non-enclosed front terrace area with furniture and off-road parking for one car with EV charging available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.1 mile, a pub in 0.2 miles and the beach within 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cubby Hove is the perfect place to be for your seaside Cornwall escape.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
