It is situated in the semi-detached cottage and it is in front of the pool. The entrance leading directly to a spacious living/dining room with the full equipped kitchen, table and sofa. Doors open onto the big private garden with a beautiful equipped gazebo to eat al fresco and a wonderful view of landscape and pool. Barbecue is at disposal. From the leaving room, a small disengagement leads to a big matrimonial bedroom and to a bathroom with shower. A second double bedroom opens onto the living room.
