Details of the Villa

The villa has 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other two with double beds. All 3 bedrooms have access to the sunny veranda with the pool and the large private patio area around the villa ideal to enjoy the beautiful Cyprus sunshine. There are a guest toilet with shower on ground level and a family bathroom with bath on the first floor. There is patio furniture with dining for 6 with umbrella and sun beds to lounge around the private pool. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all modern appliances such as flat TV, DVD player, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan & all cooking utensils. The specious ground floor of the villa has an open plan setting with the kitchen, dining and lounge area well-spaced out for maximum comfort and convenience. The inside dining area can be used for anything from intimate dining to family meals, and can seat up to 6 people comfortably. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with sofa, a coffee table, a TV, DVD player and satellite system with film, news and children's channels. Two pairs of large sliding patio doors lead outside to the pool area. All necessary bed linen including bath towels are provided and with respect of your privacy, pool cleaning service is provided once a week. Additional services are available on request.
