Villa Subtila is a beautiful, newly refurbished 16th century farmhouse set on the top of one of the sloping hills of Umbria. The villa offers spectacular views of the medieval castle of Antognolla and its 18 hole championship golf course. Each apartment is luxuriously furnished and has its own fully staffed kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry. All the bedrooms have been lovingly decorated with their own individual colour scheme. They are of a good size with excellent en suite facilities and magnificent views. Tramonto has two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom. There is one guest bathroom on ground floor. (Sleeps 6 and comfortable seating for 16). Alba has 1 king bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms one with en suite bathroom. (Sleeps 6 and comfortable seating for 8) Olivo has 2 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. (Sleeps 4 and comfortable seating for 6) Tiglio is an independent luxury suite with en suite bathroom and all comforts of a modern 5 stars hotel room (including frigo-bar, TV and air conditioning). Outdoor Grounds Outside guests can relax in the private fenced landscaped garden, enjoy meals with friends under the pergola with dining table or have drinks on the panoramic terraces with seating facilities. Set in the stunning grounds is a private Olympic size swimming pool, measuring 7m x 15m with separate heated Jacuzzi seating 8 people.
