Beautiful property (330 m2)made up of a farmhouse and a barn located in the hills between Lucca and the Versilian coast, with the possibility of reaching the major Tuscan cities of art for day trips. The restoration resulted in a very attractive country-style property, composed of two buildings, where two groups or families may enjoy a stay together while maintaining their independence. The house is surrounded by a lovely terraced garden furnished for outdoor meals and with an olive grove and a "bocce" court. The pool (12 x 6 depth 0,80-2,70)(28/05-01/10) was designed to blend perfectly with the Tuscan countryside with lovely views of the surrounding hills. The position is excellent for hikers and people who like to walk. Cooking lessons are available upon request. Maid service is included 3 hours a day, 3 days a week. Central heating. PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must be between 4.00pm and 7.00pm (arrivals after 8.00pm are charged a supplement of 50 Euros. Arrivals after 10.00pm are charged a supplement 100 Euros).Prior arrangements must be made for all arrivals different from the normal times.
