Outside, the fabulous private chlorine pool stands out, measuring 11 x 7.5 meters and having a depth of 0.60 to 1.50. It also offers an area where the little ones can cool off. The surrounding terrace has loungers for sunbathing, a relaxing chill out area and an outdoor dining area with barbecue. Guests can play tennis or table tennis (for a fee). The property is fenced and privacy is complete. The two-story house has a modern and spacious style. The common areas are on the first floor: the living room with TV-sat, AC and a fireplace; the kitchen with a ceramic hob and access to the laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board; and a toilet. The 6 bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with twin beds, AC and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a cot and a high chair. Petra is located in the center of the island, with the basic services for your stay and allowing a quick and easy access to other parts of Mallorca. The town itself is very picturesque and well worth a visit. The closest beach is Playa de Muro at 22.8 km, but you can also visit other beautiful beaches of Levante. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. For possible additional costs consult the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
