"York House consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining room with seating for six guests and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, a king-size and a ground-floor king-size, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with patio and furniture, and parking is available. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop and pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. York House is a delightful base for your next getaway in the North York Moors. Please note: This property only accepts a 5 night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
