"Brewers Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating for four, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, TV with Freeview and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find the closest shop in 3.3 miles, and within 0.1 miles, a pub and restaurant. Wherever your exploration takes you, enjoy all this with a stay at Brewers Cottage. Note: There are two steps down on the first-floor landing. Please note: There is a 3 night minimum for bookings."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
