Details of the Villa

Casa Calma is our second home and is situated on a quiet and select development within easy walking distance of Playa Blanca centre. The spacious and modern accommodation is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and benefits from air conditioning to the lounge and master bedroom. It also has high speed wireless internet. The comfortable lounge contains twin leather settees, a dinning table, television with DVD and CD player.The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a selection of quality cooking utensils - in fact everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable. The master bedroom en-suite includes a double luxurious bath and the twin and second double bedroom share a family bathroom with a double shower. There is a security safe located in the fitted wardrobes of the master bedroom. The private swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres, electrically heated and enjoys a large terrace area fully equipped with sun loungers and modern comfortable outdoor furniture covered with a pergola to provide welcome shade. Our chosen management company who we have worked with since purchasing the villa off plan during 2005 are extremely helpful and professional and are located just a short distance from the villa. They are always available to assist if needed and between them they speak seven different languages. . Playa Blanca is a clean and quiet haven located on the Southern most point of Lanzarote. There are four separate golden beaches in Playa Blanca and at least a further eight beaches collectively known as Playas de Papagayo. Papagayo is located on the East side of Playa Blanca near the new five star Marina complex and is widely known as the finest collection of beaches in the whole of Spain. Playa Blanca has numerous exciting and very reasonably priced restaurants and bars. You can eat very well in any one of the Spanish, Italian, Mexican, English or Chinese restaurants and many have beautiful sea views to Los Lobos and Fuerteventura.
