Details of the Villa

Casa Luz Del Sol has stunning views across Playa Blanca to the world renowned Papagayo Beaches and also across to Fuerteventura. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Air Conditioning, WiFi, Electrically Heated Private Pool and Hot Tub. On arriving at the villa, you will find a large driveway and landscaped front garden. On entering the villa you come into a hallway, off this hallway to the left you have a doorway which leads to a double bedroom with a Sofa and TV watching area. This room is en-suite and also has a twin room leading of this - ideally set up as a family bedroom (Some people may not find this room suitable if occupied by 4 adults - please ask for further details if you are not sure). This light, airy room has large patio doors leading to the front of the villa and also benefits from air conditioning. To the right of the hallway you will find an archway leading into a lounge area with large patio doors leading out to the terrace and pool area. As you walk into the villa and look through these doors, the first thing you will notice is your fantastic view. The lounge has a large sofa and TV cabinet with a large TV on. There is also a DVD player. The TV system runs via the internet through an IPTV box, which gives a huge array of English channels, including BBC, ITV & SKY. There is an indoor dining area which is open to the kitchen, this way you can prepare your meals / drinks without missing any of the conversation. Out of the kitchen door you will find a large built in BBQ, perfect for outdoor cooking. On your terrace you will also find an outdoor rattan sofa, and an outdoor table and chairs all ready for relaxing and enjoying the sun setting over the world famous beaches of Papagayo. The pool is approximately 8m x 4m in size and is electrically heated. The villa also benefits from a fantastic Hot Tub located on the lower grassed garden which is perfect for children to play on. The third and fourth bedroom are off the lounge area, both bedrooms are en-suite and are double rooms. The master bedroom looks out pool side with its double patio doors, meaning you wake up to some fantastic view and it's great for that early morning dip! Both rooms have air conditioning, the air conditioning is run on a coin operated pay as you go system. Towels and linen are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday. HOT TUB: There is an additional per day charge for use of the Hot Tub. Please ask for details. AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list. CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative. WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef.
