Welcome to “Little Paradise” a brand new Villa located in the popular town of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. The Villa is set over two levels, on the ground floor as you enter the house, there is a spacious open-plan lounge, diner, kitchen area, the lounge has 2 leather sofas, TV with full UK and European channels and DVD player. There are 2 modern dining tables each seating 4 guests. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, good size fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. On the same level, there is a twin bedroom with patio doors leading onto the upper terrace, this bedroom has an ensuite with large walk-in shower. There is a family bathroom just off the hallway. Taking the stairs to the basement area will lead you to 3 further bedrooms, two twin rooms one with ensuite, and a large double bedroom and further family bathroom. Each bedroom has patio doors leading to the lower terrace and all windows and doors are fitted with shutters and mosquito nets. The garden is huge with approximately 16 x 16 meter patio, outside solar shower, 8 sunbeds and external dining areas. The pool is fabulous, ideal for a big party of guests at 10 x 4 meters, it has a jacuzzi area built in and is electrically heated in the winter months.
