Great apartment with a large terrace and located in a privileged place in the center of Playa de las Américas. The apartment is recommended for young people looking for sea / beach and training, this is due to the proximity to which it is from Playa de las Américas and the nightlife of the Veronicas area. (It is not recommended for families with children due to the proximity to nightclubs that can cause noise) The Apartment is tastefully furnished and modern in decor. It has a living room, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, two bathrooms with shower and a wonderful terrace perfect to enjoy the sun. The complex currently houses maintenance and renovation works in the common areas. The pool is not available. Playa de las Américas, also known simply as Las Américas, is one of the population entities that make up the municipality of Arona, on the island of Tenerife, and it is one of the main tourist centers of the island.
