"Elphinstone is a luxurious holiday cottage situated on the banks of the River Yealm in the village of Newton Ferrers, South Devon. It can sleep eight people within four bedrooms, all of which boast en suite bathrooms or shower rooms. The rest of the accommodation comprises of an open-plan sitting room with snug area, a kitchen/diner, utility room and cloakroom with WC. The sitting room and dining room both benefit from tri-fold doors which open out onto a patio garden with BBQ area. Outside there is also parking within the property's garage as well as unlimited on-road parking. This elegant property is ideal for a family or group of friends wanting an elegant base from which to experience all the beauty of South Devon. Note: Please be aware before booking that there will be building works taking place at the next-door property. This work is starting on Monday 31st July 2023 and will be continuing for approximately one year. Bookings made during this period will be discounted, dependent on the nature of works at the time.
