Ancient 18th century Tuscany villa rental (500 m2) in a dominant position on one of the Chianti hills among vineyards and olive groves above the old town of Staggia Senese. The villa has been recently subjected to an attentive renovation and restoration which has maintained its original structure making it an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant and exclusive stay in Tuscany. Thanks to the property geographical position it is easy to reach the main Tuscan art cities like Florence, Siena and San Gimignano in less than half an hour by car as well as to enjoy all of Tuscany, from following wine roads, touring cultural and artistic sites and enjoying good Tuscan cuisine in the many traditional villages of the area. The central location of this property provides the exclusive opportunity to visit and come into close contact with the Chianti area with its medieval towns of Castellina, Radda, Greve, and Gaiole. The villa is characterised by its large internal areas typical of noble villas of the past. Opposite the house is a large equipped outdoor area with a beautiful gazebo suitable for outdoor dining. To the sides of the holiday home, guests can enjoy relaxing in the elegant terrace where the lemon trees are housed and amid the romantic grove of cedars and holm-oaks. In a secluded area to the back of the house, nestled among cypress and olive trees, is the private swimming pool (10x5 depth 1,20-1,40)(01/05-30/10 open from 09.00am to 09.00pm) with external shower surrounded by a large green lawn. Air conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor. 4 hours/week of tidying up of the bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room and kitchen, internet wi fi connection, baby bed included in the price. Possibility of cook, cooking classes, baby sitter, extra hours of domestic help to be requested at the moment of reservation and to be paid on the premises. The last stretch of the access road is a dirt track. Parking in the property. PLEASE NOTE: On the second floor, with separate access, that is the apartment of the caretaker who, with absolute discretion, will always be available for any requirement. Arrivals must take place between 03.00pm and 08.00pm. No television available in the villa.
