A beautiful country house, which is ideally located on the outskirts of the historic town of Pollensa, offers luxury and privacy for family and friends in one of the most stunning parts of Mallorca. The modernised two-storey casa is found at the end of a private driveway. Through the front door, a breathtakingly spacious living room awaits with a fabulous open staircase leading to the first floor. With its terracotta tiled floor, original freestanding fireplace and chic leather sofas, it's a relaxing space to watch the satellite TV or read a good book. There is access to the sun terrace in the garden through beautiful patio doors. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, ideal for older and younger guests. The spacious double bedrooms feature modern furniture, including extra large double beds, comfy sofas and wardrobes, which look vibrant and fresh against the terracotta tiles. The bedrooms also have private access to the sun terraces in the garden. Two modern bathrooms are located on the ground floor, featuring walk-in showers and bathtubs. The first floor is a haven for entertaining well into the night and where mealtimes will come alive! The gorgeous, bright open plan kitchen takes over the first floor. It's fully equipped with all the mod cons guests need to create delicious meals. The large dining table is a fantastic place to gather together for meal times unless you'd prefer to head outside to the fabulous roof terrace which offers an abundance of outdoor living space. The views of the mountains and pretty countryside make this a spectacular setting for al fresco drinks or a ping pong tournament. The town has several cultural sites to take in, including the Roman bridge, ‘Pont Roma', which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa, a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Port de Pollensa was once a fishing village but now one of the most popular coastal towns in northern Mallorca. A beautiful large marina and a horseshoe bay with a stunning mountain backdrop, the resort is wonderfully picturesque and filled with bars and restaurants. The beach is long and wide and furnished with sun loungers and many cool beach bars. Other beaches nearby include Cala San Vincenc, an old fishing village arranged around four little cove beaches and stunning blue water, Cala Barques and Cala Molins.
