Situated in the heart of Pollensa old town, Casa Anna Perenna is a typical Mallorcan townhouse with wooden beams, terracotta floor tiles, white-washed walls (metres thick!), and many charming nooks and crannies. The new owners bought the house in summer 2017 and have worked hard to create a beautiful, comfortable, stylish holiday house in Pollensa. The ground floor is open-plan. It has a good-sized kitchen with a breakfast bar, very cool lighting and is well equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and two coffee machines! There is also a large dining room that seats four guests, a WC and a hall which is perfect for bike storage if you are a keen cyclist Upstairs on the first floor there is a superb sitting room, with a relaxing Mediterranean blue colour scheme and a smart TV so you can chill out on the sofa with Netflix! The house has two ensuite bedrooms. There is a double ensuite bedroom on the first floor and the master bedroom which has a TV and an ensuite with a separate bath and shower, is on the second floor. Also on this floor, you can also enjoy the pretty roof terrace with spectacular views over the town. The benches on the terrace convert into sunloungers, so you can sunbathe, eat al fresco and have your evening aperitif up there. It is a perfect holiday property for two couples sharing, or a family of up to 5 as there is also a sofa bed for a further guest. This townhouse to rent comes highly recommended. The holiday villa is air conditioned.
